Reconfiguring a floor plan is common as needs change from one tenant to another especially in commercial building applications.  Demolition of walls, relocation and closing in of doors and windows will require rework of electrical outlets, switches and lighting systems, while new paint and carpeting is part of the equation as well.

 

 

For more office space, a prospective tenant might agree to a longer term lease if the owner takes care of construction costs so we are asked to buildout into the warehouse or in some cases remove some walls to create more warehouse space.
